Itinerary: Paris – Loire Valley – Cognac – Perigard – St-Emilion – Bordeaux
D1 Welcome to Paris, pick up form airport /train station. transfer to hotel where you can drop off your luggage. Paris city tour and enjoy Seine River Cruise.
D2 Spend the remainder of the morning resting after the journey and exploring the city at your own. Afternoon two options: 1. Choose to visit one of Paris Museum: Louvre, Orsay, Pompidou, Rodin, Modern Art, the Perfume museum, LV foundation, the Army museum ... 2. Shopping in city center or to the outlet La Valley Village.
D3 After breakfast departure for the Loire Valley. Today you'll visits two of the Loire Valley's most prestigious castles: the impressive Château de Chambord and the untouched by the Renaissance Château de Cheverny. Tonight you are the guest of the Castle. Diner and sleep in a private castle..
D4 Visit the Chenonceau Castle and its gardens extremely well-preserved and provide the perfect place to learn more about France during Renaissance times. Funny anecdotes and make the most of this exciting day. A restful Lunch away from tourist groups in a beautiful privately-owned chateau still inhabited by the family. Private with your driver you will travel to South-West France. Visit Niort medieval center. Continue to Cognac renowned for its brandy. Visit and tasting Hennessy Cognac.
D5 Head out after breakfast to Saint-Emilion on the eastern side of Bordeaux. You'll start at a Grand Cru chateau in St. Emilion, where you'll enjoy demonstrations on the winemaking process, from the vine to the bottle, along with tastings. Visit the village of St. Emilion itself next, classified as a UNESCO's World Heritage Site. Transfer to your accommodation of tonight in a luxury Golf-Spa-Castle hotel in Dordogne region. Diner at hotel’s Michelin star restaurant.
D6 Depart for a day tour of Perigord "plus beaux villages de France" (the most beautiful villages in France), listed in UNESCO. Your visit includes: Beynac Castle, Roque-Gageac village, Sarlat. You will also visit a very unique romantic garden “Les Jardins de Marqueyssac”.
D7 A leisure morning to enjoy the hotel. You are free to choose the Golf or Spa session (option). Or go to nearby town Bergerac, a charming medieval town with colourful market. Then heading to the world capital of wine Bordeaux. Spend the afternoon strolling the city at your leisure. And enjoy another quintessential Bordeaux tradition. In this region of wine and gastronomy, l'apéritif (the pre-dinner drink) is an unmissable Rendez-Vous, and the perfect way to start your visit to Bordeaux. To wrap up the evening, head to one of Bordeaux's elegant restaurants.
