D1 --- Sofia, capital of Bulgaria
Arrival in Sofia airport in evening hours. Transfer to the hotel by tourist bus.
Enjoy the evening at leisure. Stroll through the famous Vitosha Boulevard.
Overnight in three-star hotel in old city.
D2 --- Visit Sofia on foot
Morning: Guided walk through the western part of the city.
Lunch on your own.
Afternoon: Guided walk through the eastern part of the city.
Traditional dinner in an ethno restaurant.

D3 --- Rila monastery + southern Serbian town Pirot
Morning: Guided visit of the Rila monastery, and free time to visit the church and museums.
Grilled fish lunch in river side restaurant in Rila.
Afternoon: Arrive at the town of Pirot in Serbia. Visit the century-old Ponisavlje house and museum. Taste authentic Pirot cheese and view famous Pirot rugs production.
Traditional dinner in Pirot.
Overnight in gites in a village near Pirot.
D4 --- Full day experience of authentic village life in Serbia
Morning: Participate in traditional bread making, and visit a beautiful 6th century Orthodox Church dedicated to Saint George.
Roasted goat lunch in river side café.
Afternoon: two activities à la carte in the village (fruit picking, milking goats, guided walks, degustation of home made products, tractor rides, etc.)Dinner at village town hall.
Overnight in gites in the same village.
D5 --- Niš city + Studenica monastery
Morning: Depart for Niš. Visit the Skull Tower and the important late Roman archaeological site Mediana. Tourist-train ride around the old fortress. Free visit of the famous flea market and the green market.
Lunch on your own in Niš.
Afternoon: Depart for Studenica. Visit UNESCO World Heritage site, the Studenica monastery.
Dinner and overnight in the Studenica monastery konak.
D6 --- Stari Raš + Sopoćani monastery + Mileševa monastery
Morning: Depart for Sopoćani. Visit the UNESCO World Heritage sites Stari Raš and the Sopoćani monastery.
Lunch in a local restaurant.
Afternoon: Depart for Milševo. Visit the Mileševa monastery.
Dinner and overnight in Mileševa monastery konak.
D7 --- Višegrad Bridge + Andrić Town + Mokra gora + Timber Town
Morning: Depart Višegrad in Republika Srpska (Bosnia and Herzegovina). Contemplate the beauty of the Drina River and the UNESCO World Heritage site Mehmed Paša Bridge. Special guided visit of Andrić Town.
Lunch in a restaurant on the Drina river bank.
Afternoon: Depart for Mokra Gora in Serbia for a ride on the adorable narrow gauge railway. Visit the ethno village Timber Town, built by Serbian film director Emir Kusturica.
Dinner and overnightl in Timber Town.
D8 --- Kadinjača + Oplenac
Morning: Depart for Kadinjača. Guided visit of the significant memorial park and museum Kadinjača.
Authentic roast pig/ goat lunch in a village.
Afternoon: Depart for Topola. Guided visit of the Oplenac Mausoleum and museum.
Dinner and overnight in Topola.
D9 --- Belgrade
Morning: Depart for Belgrade. Guided visit of 25 May Museum to understand Yugoslav history and visit the grave of Tito.
Lunch in an ethno restaurant.
Afternoon: Guided visit of Nikola Tesla museum, followed by guided walk through city center and the old fortress Kalemegdan.
Dinner with live music in famous bohemia street. Overnight in four-star hotel in Belgrade city centre.
D10 --- Departure for home
Morning: Free visit and shopping in Belgrade. Visit airplane museum near airport if time allows.
